β If payment is deducted but order is not confirmed
β If item is completely unavailable
When Refund is NOT Allowed:
β After food has been prepared
β If incorrect address is provided
β If customer is unavailable at delivery
Refund Process:
Refunds will be initiated within 24 hours.
Amount will be credited back to original payment method.
It may take 3β7 working days to reflect in your bank account.
