Refund Policy

When Refund is Allowed:

βœ” If the restaurant cancels your order
βœ” If payment is deducted but order is not confirmed
βœ” If item is completely unavailable

When Refund is NOT Allowed:

❌ After food has been prepared
❌ If incorrect address is provided
❌ If customer is unavailable at delivery

Refund Process:

  • Refunds will be initiated within 24 hours.

  • Amount will be credited back to original payment method.

  • It may take 3–7 working days to reflect in your bank account.
